THE REPORTS OF THE DEATH OF DISCO HAVE BEEN GREATLY EXAGGERATED

Well over 25,000 people turned out to hear KC & the Sunshine Band perform their vast collection of hits at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, New York on Saturday, July 22. Park officials had to close the park due to capacity forcing fans to take seats along the outskirts of the area to enjoy the music.

KC and his 14 piece band kept the crowd on its collective feet with songs like “That’s the Way (I Like It),” “Boogie Shoes,” “Get Down Tonight,” “Shake Your Booty,” “Please Don’t Go,” “Keep It Comin’ Love,” “I’m Your Boogie Man,” and numerous others, including his new arrangements of songs like “Symphony” and “Put a Little Love in Your Heart.”
